Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall execution and delivery of product performance on volume, revenue, account growth, and cost control for the assigned sales department.
  • •Direct planning, strategic goals, and objectives of the assigned segment.
  • •Perform managerial duties for supervised employees, including coaching/counseling, hiring, terminating, and employee development.
  • •Track daily sales for individual reps and the total segment; develop key account call lists and conduct regular visits.
  • •Ensure accounts meet or exceed PBV standards and manage resets with available resources.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with five (5) years sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • •Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL license.
  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • •Supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
