Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end technical learning journeys aligned to Builder roles, skills, and proficiency expectations, including curriculum strategy and sequencing.
  • •Create and maintain instructor-led and self-paced technical curriculum, workshops, demonstrations, exercises, and learning materials using real customer scenarios and best practices.
  • •Partner with Applied Learning, Labs & Delivery to integrate hands-on labs, sandbox environments, simulations, technical challenges, and capstones into learning journeys.
  • •Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for bootcamps and technical workshops, developing instructor guides and coaching faculty for effective delivery.
  • •Deliver selected Builder Bootcamps and technical workshops (approximately 10–20%) to validate curriculum effectiveness and provide actionable improvement insights.
