Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and direct Business Banking distribution strategy and frontline commercial outcomes across Aspire, Privilege and Excellency segments.
  • •Establish and govern a distribution performance framework, including executive performance cadence, target/accountability controls, and decision-making across frontline leadership.
  • •Drive sustainable portfolio growth by optimizing client coverage and distribution capacity to deepen relationships and expand share of wallet across assets, liabilities, and wealth.
  • •Set value growth priorities and use insight-led steering to balance growth and quality, ensuring performance is resilient, compliant, and aligned to segment strategy and risk appetite.
  • •Lead people and change initiatives, and manage budgets and the creation/implementation of policies, procedures, and controls within the agreed cost framework and ADCB standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of Banking/Financial Services experience with senior leadership in Business Banking distribution or relationship management, accountable for multi-segment sales performance, portfolio growth, and client experience outcomes.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting (relevant specialization).
  • •Experience in Business Banking distribution strategy and frontline sales leadership/performance management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to drive portfolio growth with value proposition and alignment to risk appetite.
  • •Experience across digital acquisition/channel enablement, client experience/service model design, stakeholder governance, and cross-sell/share-of-wallet optimisation.
