Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
  • •Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more.
  • •Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • •Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
