•Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making.
•Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more.
•Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
•Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 121,000 annually
