•Serve as primary point of contact and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in relationship banking and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills for small business clients.
•Advanced business acumen with underwriting expertise and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated lending and deposit solutions.
•Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.
•Professionalism and strong working knowledge of applicable lending policies, credit structures, credit products/services, and regulatory requirements.
