•Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners and manage CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs.
•Teach and mentor the local market team on end-user development, including identifying contacts and aligning purchasing efforts with local teams and stakeholders.
•Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives.
•Maintain and use Salesforce.com as a CRM and planning tool, communicating successes and failures to improve key account outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred; relevant construction field experience may substitute.

•Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors is preferred.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
•Valid driver’s license and physical ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
