•Manage day-to-day influencer campaigns, from creator identification and vetting to content review and reporting, seeking guidance from your line manager when unsure of a process.
•Assist campaigns team with strategic creator research, sourcing, and outreach, ensuring recommendations are relevant and diverse.
•Build and nurture positive relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
•Maintain clear and consistent communication with your line manager, providing regular updates on campaign progress and flagging any potential issues or delays early.
•Oversee and manage campaign administration using internal platforms (e.g., Waves, Monday.com), including brief uploads, content organisation, and tracking creator payments.
