  • •Drive strategic business analysis to identify, assess, and capitalize on growth and product opportunities.
  • •Lead thought leadership through in-depth operational analysis, solution option evaluation, and risk assessment to support business strategy implementation.
  • •Partner across teams (Business Development, Product, Operations, IT, Sales, Finance, Pricing, Risk) to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • •Experience in analysis (5+ years preferred).
  • •Experience in financial services (2+ years preferred).
  • •Experience in people management (2+ years preferred).
