Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales support and product application recommendations for drill bit product lines.
  • •Coordinate and implement product strategies and best practices within the Caspian area.
  • •Assist the sales team in developing and maintaining sales strategies to grow revenue and profits through major accounts and complex product lines.
  • •Generate drill bit proposals, application engineering studies, and design/performance recommendations (including vibration mitigation).
  • •Investigate unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative actions, and coordinate deliveries of drill bits and accessories.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in drill bits or a related sphere.
  • •Experience preparing technical proposals, conducting meetings, answering sales/customer questions, and writing/explaining technical aspects.
  • •Knowledge of the drill bits industry, competitors, products, markets, key players, and customers.
  • •Ability to speak fluent Azerbaijani and English (any other regional language is a benefit).
