  • •Manage day-to-day Materials Management operations, including fulfillment, distribution, and storage centers.
  • •Lead and develop a multi-level team across 4 shift patterns supporting 24/7 operations, including performance management, feedback, and corrective actions.
  • •Drive safety and quality outcomes, ensuring a safe work environment (zero OSHA recordables annually) and compliance with AS9100 and customer flow-down requirements.
  • •Oversee inventory management from receiving/acceptance through storage and issuance, maintaining inventory accuracy via routine counting and audit requirements.
  • •Manage inventory processes including shelf-life monitoring and proper rotation (FIFO), plus storage of non-SpaceX part numbers and cost savings initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree with 3+ years in material or production planning, purchasing, distribution, operations, or supply chain management, including material cost control and master production scheduling.
  • •OR bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in material or production planning, purchasing, distribution, operations or supply chain management, including material cost control and master production scheduling.
  • •OR 9+ years of experience working in one or more of: material or production planning, purchasing, distribution, operations or supply chain management, material cost control, and master production scheduling.
  • •Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with little direction.
  • •APICS CPIM or CSCP certification desired.
