Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple bid and proposal activities across the Engineering IPT.
  • •Provide project coordination for program outcomes by helping stakeholders achieve deliverables aligned to schedules and governance requirements.
  • •Maintain action registers, compliance documentation, and governance artefacts for the Engineering IPT.
  • •Monitor milestones to identify risks, dependencies, and emerging issues, and help with reporting and governance.
  • •Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and facilitate stakeholder meetings by tracking actions and communication across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO, Project Support, Bid Support or similar role.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, analysing data and preparing reports.
  • •Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills to communicate clearly to stakeholders.
  • •Ability to support project delivery, governance, reporting and bid activities while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
