Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a focal point for Continuous Improvement within Fixed Wing Programmes, providing facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and training development.
  • •Deliver the Continuous Improvement process and ensure benefits are captured and reported across Fixed Wing Programmes and assigned business areas.
  • •Partner with Operations teams to deploy Lean Boeing Production System (BPS) and drive productivity improvements across P8 and E7 Programmes.
  • •Support Lean Ambassador Programme deployment and hands-on problem-solving for high-value, high-impact projects and initiatives.
  • •Represent Continuous Improvement/BIT in leadership and acquisitions activities and provide timely, accurate reporting.
