Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute short-term production plans to maximize probe output and meet customer delivery commitments until PSPT level.
  • •Monitor and analyze KPIs (including outs and cycle time) and implement corrective actions.
  • •Collaborate with Supply Chain, MCT, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to align production plans and mitigate delivery risks.
  • •Drive initiatives for cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and cost optimization.
  • •Support technology transitions and process diversification (including Probe project, Metallization, probe offload, and W2W handling) and develop automation tools to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • •Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production planning.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets and identify issues and forecast projections.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to create reports and dashboards.
  • •Business-level English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and global teams, including basic Japanese communication.
