Job Summary

Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, implementing workflow automation with Flow Designer and workflows. Build self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions, manage Service Catalog and knowledge bases, and configure ticket triage and intelligent routing. Use Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts to create and maintain solutions, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP, and support upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes while partnering with stakeholders to deliver requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform
•Implement and optimize workflow automation using Flow Designer and workflows
•Build and maintain self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions
•Design and manage knowledge bases and configure ticket triage and intelligent routing
•Create and maintain Service Catalog items and develop integrations and scripts; support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
•Strong knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
•Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow Editor, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management
•Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
•Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
