Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop overall sales and marketing strategies, plans, and goals for the assigned region.
  • •Manage, mentor, and direct a team of 20 +/- Wealth Advisors, including recruitment and selection.
  • •Provide FINRA supervision, auditing, reporting, and results tracking against the team’s assigned financial budget.
  • •Manage regulatory record keeping and files, group presentations, performance management, and trade supervision.
  • •Identify and mentor team members to additional investment/insurance product opportunities and support Financial Advisor prospecting in the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years demonstrated ability.
  • •Series 7, 63, 65, 24 (9/10) and state insurance licenses required.
  • •Management experience in all aspects of registered principal and supervisory roles within a FINRA member firm.
  • •Financial budgetary experience with a consistent track record delivering on financial expectations for the team.
  • •Experience recruiting and interviewing professional Financial Advisors in the field.
