Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by representing the brand in-store and virtually, building loyal client relationships, and actively driving sales. Manage key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures. Maintain strong product knowledge, client book and inventory management, follow up with clients, and support shipping/receiving and back-of-house coverage as needed to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community.
•Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
•Provide prompt, attentive, knowledgeable assistance to clients and maintain highest service standards.
•Manage client book and maintain excellent clientele relationships with consistent follow up via phone calls, emails, and thank you letters.
•Support cash wrap standards, inventory management, end-of-day procedures (e.g., bag checks), visual standards, and shipping/receiving/back-of-house coverage as needed.

Key Requirements
