Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and review balance sheets, P/L schedules, and consolidated final accounts per IFRS.
  • •Consolidate annual reports and accounts and perform variance analysis.
  • •Prepare advanced analytical review (AR) and group review schedules (GRS) for quarterly regional submission.
  • •Review and approve journals; identify, drive, build, and operate improvements as BAU.
  • •Maintain SOX documentation and ensure standard operating procedures are updated, tested, and compliant with audit/control requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA/ICWAI with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • •Prior reporting profile experience, including exposure to month-end close
  • •Strong knowledge of site reporting at financial institutions
  • •Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • •Experience managing small teams (5+), explaining complex technical matters clearly
