Partner with mall management on marketing and promotional events, and maintain accurate payroll, labor, and personnel records.

•Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to achieve store goals.

•Lead excellent customer service through in-the-moment coaching, role modeling, and using customer feedback to improve service quality.
•Maximize team sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
•Manage inventory, merchandising/visual standards, store cleanliness, and adherence to safety, security, and cash-handling policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 year proven, results-driven retail store manager experience is helpful.
•Ability to lift 25 pounds.
•Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with both guests and team members.
•Strong coaching/mentoring mindset to develop future leaders.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple daily responsibilities effectively.
