Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive fab WIP control and inventory health, managing wafer starts, lot movement, slow-moving lot mitigation, and FOUP allocation/utilization/logistics readiness.
  • •Own test wafer budget planning and cost management, including test wafer build, recycle/reclaim/inventory strategies, and coordination of network-wide test wafer activities.
  • •Ensure readiness of test wafer build/recycle/offload and FOUP washer capacities; monitor equipment loading and develop short-, mid-, and long-term capacity plans aligned with demand.
  • •Manage AMHS performance and automated material handling efficiency, including storage utilization, transportation flow, SIPP-related logistics execution, and empty FOUP/material movement.
  • •Lead PC team operations with workforce planning and contractor management; promote safety/discipline/6S excellence, and drive AI-enabled digital transformation and cost/operational excellence initiatives.
