Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment for exterior site operations (forklifts, water trucks, dump trucks, loaders, skid steers, and related equipment).
•Support exterior build activities, including directing safe work practices, marking fence lines, managing inventory, and coordinating equipment maintenance updates.
•Install and place signage around the festival perimeter to direct headliners, including signage crew and signage lead responsibilities.
•Load and unload headliners from buses during show days, and troubleshoot shuttle issues as they arrive.
•Help ensure smooth shuttle and traffic flow through on-the-ground coordination and lead-level oversight where required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle report.
•Must be 18 or older.
•Must be able to walk long distances for long periods of time, constantly moving and on feet.
•Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
•Heavy equipment certification and OSHA certification are required.
