Key Responsibilities

•Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
•Manage multiple requisitions across levels and functions (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Mobile, Data, ML, DevOps, QA).
•Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, and referrals; execute sourcing strategies for niche roles.
•Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops; ensure excellent candidate experience through timely follow-ups.
•Track hiring funnel metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in recruiting with a strong focus on technical hiring.
•Proven track record hiring for engineering roles in startup or high-growth environments.
•Strong sourcing skills with measurable success in passive candidate hiring.
•Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions.
•Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools.
