Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and providing investment and insurance referrals.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline through prospecting and identification/development of internal and external centers of influence; document calling efforts.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, and support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •FINRA License S6 (required), FINRA License S63 (required), and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (required).
  • •Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
