Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update tracking logs for contracts, funding allocations, Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and Change Orders (COs), and coordinate approval workflows.
  • •Support budget and funding audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • •Participate in risk and cost review meetings; log, categorize, and track risks/issues in project management systems and generate weekly risk status reports.
  • •Coordinate invoice submission and payment applications; verify billing documentation against contractual requirements and follow up on approvals and discrepancies.
  • •Manage project closeout dashboards and reporting tools, execute closeout activities, reconcile and archive financial records, and prepare weekly/monthly status reporting and ad hoc analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in project controls, cost engineering support, contract administration, project administration, finance, procurement, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting large capital projects (construction, engineering, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects preferred).
  • •Experience with contract management, invoice processing, budgeting, and reporting activities.
