Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

•The Platform Support Engineer will serve as the first point of contact for production issues, support requests, and system alerts.
•You will triage, investigate, and resolve incidents in real time, escalating when necessary while collaborating with our software-development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new code into production.
•Beyond firefighting, you will integrate AI into day-to-day workflows to automate processes, enhance monitoring, and drive operational efficiency, as well as build additional tools to strengthen our environment.
•Working in a Linux-based environment that harnesses cutting-edge databases and powers our proprietary trading systems, you will help keep Schonfeld’s global platform operating at peak performance.
•Partner with teammates in New York, London, and APAC to deliver seamless 24 × 7 follow-the-sun support.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong ownership experience and a track record of delivering results.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience in financial services supporting trading and post-trade systems.
•Experience in managing large scale deployments/environments.
