Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and maintain a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site, with accountability for security operations and protection of people, assets, and intellectual property.
  • •Use predictive analytics, KPIs, and data-driven intelligence to evolve security operations from reactive to proactive.
  • •Drive a long-term technology roadmap using Genetec, including integration of next-gen capabilities such as AI-enhanced surveillance, IoT-integrated access control, and automated monitoring.
  • •Lead risk architecture through vulnerability assessments and long-term mitigation strategies for emerging physical security threats.
  • •Provide crisis leadership during incidents, integrate security protocols into business continuity workflows, and execute key personnel protection and high-value asset movement protocols while overseeing teams and third-party vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in security management, Business, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of security management experience bridging strategy and tactical execution in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
  • •Proficiency in enterprise security platforms, including Lenel and Genetec, and using data to drive decision-making and optimize operational cost.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technological change and manage security operations.
  • •Preferred: Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) and experience in business continuity planning.
