Key Responsibilities

•Documentation & Records Verification: Verify all Maintenance History File (MHF) worksheets, vendor release certificates, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy of work performed.
•Quality Gate & Compliance Activities: Perform engine logbook reviews including Life Consumption Factor (LCF) calculations, LRU TSN/TSO verification, and assigned Line Gate inspection processes during engine shop visits.
•Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in engine pre-induction meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Vendors).
•Engine Release & Customer Deliverables: Verify and prepare documentation required for releasing finished engines back to service; ensure timely delivery of completed engine release packets to the Customer Manager; compile critical data for customer submission.
•Records Management & Systems: Ensure engine shop visit history records are properly maintained, secured, and archived; manage storage of MHF and history records; perform accurate data loading in the Quality Control Track System.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or other related technical field
•CAAS (engine category) certificates or equivalent certificates
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an MRO facility, quality control, production planning, or scheduling environment
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
