  • •Conduct IAM current-state assessments, maturity evaluations, and identity architecture reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and modernization priorities.
  • •Develop IAM strategies, transformation roadmaps, and functional/non-functional requirements aligned to business and security objectives.
  • •Design and implement Entra ID technical architecture and integrations, including migration from legacy IAM platforms and hybrid identity architectures.
  • •Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage delivery quality, project financials, staffing, work plans, and client expectations.
