Client Services - Institutional Services Associate I

Provide client-focused support to institutional and enterprise customers across the trading lifecycle. You’ll resolve technical, account, and trade-related questions via phone, ticket, and live chat, while owning and escalating issues to the right stakeholders. Help clients with funding, transfers, corporate actions, margin calculations, and statement reconciliation, and support ad hoc outreach, training, and market research. Hybrid work is permitted.
