Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve technical, account, and trade-related enquiries via telephone, ticket, and live chat.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree.
  • •1-2 years of experience at a large financial institution (new graduates with strong asset-class understanding may be considered).
  • •Strong familiarity with one or more asset classes including Stocks, ETFs, Options, FX, Funds, Futures, or Fixed Income.
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
  • •Fluency in productivity applications such as Excel and JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
