Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage end-to-end business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives, including site due diligence, planning, marketing, and lifecycle management.
  • •Implement and manage centralized project tracking and reporting tools; standardize workflows for task orders, approvals, and documentation.
  • •Partner with internal teams to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities across the organization.
  • •Track project performance against schedule, cost, and quality baselines; run post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
  • •Drive risk analysis and mitigation, define goals and metrics using technical judgment, and deliver executive-level communications including Plans of Record and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in data center or network capacity planning, or data center/network infrastructure program/project management.
  • •Technical understanding of best practices and emerging infrastructure technologies (network connectivity, data centers, hardware, software).
  • •Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results across the organization.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
