Lead complex, cross-functional program management initiatives that accelerate hyperscale data center growth. Own system design, governance, reporting, and performance management across large-scale infrastructure programs, including end-to-end business planning, centralized tracking and standardized workflows, and executive communications. Partner across internal teams to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities; manage schedule/cost/quality baselines and risk mitigation while driving continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage end-to-end business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives, including site due diligence, planning, marketing, and lifecycle management.
•Implement and manage centralized project tracking and reporting tools; standardize workflows for task orders, approvals, and documentation.
•Partner with internal teams to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities across the organization.
•Track project performance against schedule, cost, and quality baselines; run post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
•Drive risk analysis and mitigation, define goals and metrics using technical judgment, and deliver executive-level communications including Plans of Record and status updates.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•7+ years of experience in data center or network capacity planning, or data center/network infrastructure program/project management.
•Technical understanding of best practices and emerging infrastructure technologies (network connectivity, data centers, hardware, software).
•Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results across the organization.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
