Job Summary

Lead HP Solutions employee communications and engagement initiatives, aligning messaging to business priorities and company culture. Develop communication strategies, narratives, and multi-quarter roadmaps; draft internal announcements and campaigns; and run end-to-end All Employee Meetings and leadership events. Manage the HPS intranet and communications tools (including Poppulo), coordinate multimedia content with stakeholders, and use dashboards to track engagement and communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute employee communication strategies aligned to HP Solutions business priorities.
•Create internal narratives, editorial calendars, and multi-quarter communication roadmaps; draft leadership and organizational announcements and campaigns.
•Plan and execute All Employee Meetings and leadership events, including content development, speaker preparation, video production, technical coordination, surveys, and follow-up communications.
•Manage HPS intranet and internal communication platforms, and administer enterprise communications tools such as Poppulo.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to create multimedia content; develop engagement content strategy and reporting dashboards to track effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,850 - 175,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•Typically 5–10 years of experience in employee/internal communications, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
•Experience managing enterprise-wide communication programs and employee engagement initiatives.
•Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
•Strong project/program management ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver complex communications.
