Bank Operations Specialist

Provide staffing coverage across multiple bank operations business units, handling temporary assignments such as card security, disputes, loan servicing, account maintenance and deposit services. Field incoming calls, manage online account inquiries, and troubleshoot technical issues. Use internal systems to complete daily tasks, engage with internal and external customers, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency. Works Monday–Friday with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office minimum 2 days per week.
