Key Responsibilities

•Perform standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Waygate Technologies equipment.
•Work on Phoenix 2D & 3D CT X-ray testing machine hardware and software at Waygate and customer locations.
•Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site service visits.
•Complete service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative documentation in a timely manner.
•Monitor site safety throughout execution of all work scopes.

Key Requirements

•Have a four-year technical degree (AEET, AMET) with experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment, or a four-year degree in Electronics (BSEET, BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET, BSME).
•Be able to regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
•Be willing to undergo background checks including employment verification, criminal history, driving record, and education.
•Be able to travel up to 70% of the time.
•Have a valid driver’s license and passport (or the ability to obtain one).
