Instructional Design Specialist

Design and develop training materials for classroom and online courses in support of the Office of Administration within the Logistics Management Division. Partner with a Branch Chief and stakeholders to identify training objectives, ensure compliance with federal/department/agency standards, and manage course rollout through the Learning Management System (LMS). Evaluate existing training, create instructional solutions using appropriate media formats, and collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content accurate and effective.
