Channel sales leader responsible for growing Akamai’s partner ecosystem in Germany by developing relationships with VARs, SIs and MSPs, expanding revenue through existing partners and onboarding new ones, while serving as a subject-matter expert on Akamai solutions and managing partner negotiations and enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities through new accounts and by meeting sales quotas.
•Create and manage a sales pipeline with forecast accuracy in collaboration with partners.
•Become a subject matter expert on Akamai propositions and products to identify potential partnerships.
•Manage contract negotiations when recruiting partners and collaborate with Partner Enablement Managers to drive sales, training, and certifications.

Key Requirements

•Minimum experience in channel sales and partner management, with a track record of expanding partner networks and meeting sales quotas.
•Experience with VARs and System Integrators at C-Level/Senior Management levels.
•Experience with cybersecurity or cloud services.
•Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels of partner organisations.
•Fluency in German and English.
