Coordinate patient admissions at the hospital and ensure smooth day-to-day flow across entry, transfers, and discharge. Manage bed planning for regular and emergency cases, plan and coordinate the administrative admission process, and handle patient intake (fallaufnahmen) while providing information through multiple communication channels. Work closely with wards, reception, OP disposition, and medical practices during weekday and occasional weekend shifts.
