Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming NPD/Non-NPD programs for accuracy as part of derivative Mod/Product Modification programs.
  • •Create a schedule framework, align project deliverables, and route work to cross-functional teams.
  • •Follow up with Program Managers and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve information and scheduling issues.
  • •Lead weekly status meetings with Program Managers and plant contacts to maintain production schedules and address issues.
  • •Administer programs in Workfront to coordinate projects and capture metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and 5+ years of professional experience in project management or operations.
  • •Lead and delegate; manage others’ workloads/assignments.
  • •Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Highly organized, process-focused, with a desire for continuous improvement.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication; experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project systems such as Workfront and Windchill (PLM).
