Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major residential projects through all stages of the development lifecycle.
  • •Own development business plans, feasibility studies, project strategies, budgets, schedules, and development assumptions.
  • •Drive development from concept design through completion and handover, monitoring performance vs approved objectives.
  • •Define residential product strategy (apartments, villas, townhouses, and mixed-use), including phasing, product mix, and pricing assumptions.
  • •Coordinate design/planning, manage consultants and external stakeholders, support governance and reporting, and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience within a real estate developer, master developer, or large-scale mixed-use development organization.
  • •Strong experience leading residential developments across early stages (not only design or delivery).
  • •Proven ownership of feasibility studies, development business plans, development budgets, and project phasing strategies.
  • •Experience managing consultants, partners, and multidisciplinary project teams, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
