Manager, Data Science - Emerging ML

Lead data science and machine learning work in the Emerging ML team, focused on research and development of AI technologies like embeddings and foundation models. Build and operationalize ML models across the lifecycle—design, training, evaluation, and validation—then partner with engineering to deploy scalable systems serving 50M+ customers. Collaborate with product and business teams on experiments improving marketing, servicing, and fraud prevention outcomes. Write production software using Python/Scala with Spark and AWS.
