Key Responsibilities

  • •Uses data insights to improve sales forecast accuracy and drives the demand forecast used in consensus planning.
  • •Creates statistical forecasts using demand planning systems and makes necessary forecast changes within established parameters.
  • •Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to assess market trends and demand drivers and recommend actions.
  • •Collects and analyzes past and future demand trends and decides when to change the forecast for assigned areas.
  • •Analyzes, communicates, and reports forecast details (risks, confidence, opportunities) and drives continuous forecast accuracy improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field, plus 1–3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience totaling 5–7 years).
  • •Experience working in Supply Chain, preferably including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and/or Demand Planning.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Strong mathematical/analytical skill set.
