Job Summary

Drive the implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solutions in Raytheon’s Digital Engineering Ecosystem. Collaborate with Systems Engineering solution development teams to create and validate SysML-based models (stakeholder needs, behavioral and structural diagrams, and performance measures), execute trade studies, and develop specifications and interface descriptions. Lead integrations between MBSE tools and other hardware design/analysis tools, and mentor others by developing and sharing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive Systems Engineering processes on MBSE engagements.
•Create and validate MBSE models, including stakeholder needs/requirements, behavioral diagrams, structural diagrams, and measures of effectiveness.
•Support connectivity development between MBSE tools and other hardware design/analysis tools.
•Create specifications, interface descriptions, and execute trade studies and analyses.
•Lead multiple tool and environment integrations, and develop best practices while mentoring and training others.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant prior experience in MBSE.
•Experience with systems, mechanical, or electrical design and analysis tools.

•Experience with Cameo/MagicDraw/Teamwork Cloud and SysML modeling.
•Experience with MagicGrid methodology and framework.
