Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the local product team to drive and execute the Nordics product agenda while aligning with overall category strategy and operational guidelines.
  • •Manage Nordics operational constraints, including supply chain limitations and local quality/regulatory requirements for Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
  • •Lead project management and act as the primary gatekeeper for new ingredient requests (NID) across Culinary, Product, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.
  • •Drive stakeholder management across local, regional, and international leadership to ensure transparent communications and aligned priorities.
  • •Review ingredient proposals for cross-market sourcing opportunities and support supplier onboarding, tender coordination, and specification/quality improvements with Culinary and FSQA.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, or a similar role in the food industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Nordics food market and supply chain dynamics across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, including vendor landscapes and quality standards.
  • •Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
  • •A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • •Ability to manage complex operational trade-offs and deliver results under tight timelines.
