Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the data product roadmap by setting direction, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results.
  • •Run the business reporting intake process so teams can get trusted answers quickly.
  • •Define and standardize analytics metrics across products and business lines to create a single org-wide standard.
  • •Run operations business reporting (agent analytics, product usage, resource planning, performance reporting) and own client reporting and dashboards.
  • •Scope, build, and drive adoption of AI scoring and prediction model data products starting with borrower scoring, including building features on Command.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6 years of product management experience (minimum 4), operating at a mid-level PM capacity or above.
  • •A track record building a data product from 0 to 1, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, collections, or analytics.
  • •Hands-on fluency with BI and data visualization tools; Tableau experience preferred.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to turn complex data into clear, trusted answers stakeholders can act on.
  • •Preferred: a Master’s degree in a data-related field.
