Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor and ensure stockroom standards and safe, efficient operations.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business/team/guest needs and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and requires constant movement in and around the store.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
