Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, design coordination, and construction execution for owned and flagship locations, including ground-up, multistory mixed-use, core & shell, and interior fit-out.
  • •Act as the hands-on construction subject matter expert by reviewing drawings and proactively resolving constructability issues before field impact.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent projects across the portfolio, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk from due diligence through store opening.
  • •Build and lead a diverse team of internal partners and external architects, engineers, general contractors, and consultants, aligning stakeholders to a shared schedule and vision.
  • •Develop, negotiate, and manage project budgets and construction contracts while monitoring costs, ensuring compliance with codes and brand quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive construction and project management experience delivering ground-up, multistory, mixed-use, and core & shell projects.
  • •Demonstrated technical fluency reading and evaluating architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
  • •Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing a diverse team of internal partners and external consultants.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and financial skills including budgeting, contract negotiation, and cost control.
