Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment to prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind and measure coffee beans for consistent, fresh flavor.
  • •Steam and froth milk to the right texture and temperature, including foam/latte art as requested.
  • •Take customer orders accurately, provide recommendations, answer menu questions, and process payments via cash registers or POS.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, restock supplies, and assist with cleaning/stocking/organizing during busy periods.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working experience with 2 years relevant barista experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods (espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art).
  • •Excellent communication skills to engage customers, take orders accurately, and make recommendations.
  • •Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent drink preparation (measurements, extraction times, milk frothing).
  • •Ability to multitask and quickly troubleshoot issues like equipment malfunctions or customer complaints.
