Job Summary

Lead Nava’s product practice as a company-level executive, setting the strategic direction for a 75+ person product and policy organization across federal and state contracts. Own AI adoption strategy, define the product point of view for regulated government environments, and drive go-to-market and product-market fit. Partner with Delivery leadership to ensure modern, user-centered outcomes, while leading Product Directors and developing a high-performing product leadership pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and own the AI strategy for the product practice, including pilots, scaling AI-informed workflows, and embedding them across product teams.
•Own product strategy for differentiated capabilities and solutions, including go-to-market direction and accountability end-to-end.
•Establish product-market fit for new offerings and reusable assets and decide where to invest to grow expertise and capabilities.
•Lead and coach Product Directors and product leadership standards, overseeing retention, engagement, performance, and the leadership pipeline.
•Serve as a senior partner and escalation point across product, engineering/design, delivery operations, and program delivery to ensure strong client outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 275,000 annually

•Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•Experience with agile methodologies and modern product management practices.
