Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all equipment and company assets.
  • •Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures.
  • •Perform physically demanding duties including standing, walking, bending, stretching, and climbing stairs/ladders.
  • •Handle lifting requirements up to 70 pounds.
  • •Work in cold, damp, or hot/humid environments while completing required paperwork and communicating with management.

Key Requirements

  • •Welding experience required.
  • •6 months of maintenance experience, a maintenance apprenticeship, or a degree from technical school (industrial maintenance/mechanical certificate preferred).
  • •Ability to read and write, complete on-the-job paperwork, and communicate effectively across management levels.
  • •Successful completion of a respiratory physical will be necessary.
  • •Willingness and ability to perform all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
