Job Summary

Lead material program execution for advanced technology efforts by building and driving material program and supplier management plans. Own sourcing decisions and the Make/Buy/Where process, manage prime contract flow-downs and supplier terms, and support SSOW and RFIs/RFPs/RFQs. Coordinate BOM approvals, purchase requisitions and orders, supplier engagements, and MPM policies to ensure flawless execution through contract closure in a matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute material program plans and supplier management plans.
•Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
•Identify customer prime contract flow-downs and obtain required terms attachments and/or modifications.
•Generate supplier statements of work (SSOWs) and support RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, including reviewing supplier proposals/quotes.
•Drive purchase requisition generation and purchase order placement/management, manage supplier engagements/reviews, and support BOM approvals.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Experience in program management and material program management, procurement, contracts, finance, operations, and/or strategic sourcing.
•Active and transferable Top Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date.
•Experience executing sourcing decisions and supporting the Make/Buy/Where process.
•Experience in prime contract requirements, statements of work (SSOWs), and/or supply chain/procurement processes and requirements.
