Key Responsibilities

  • •Help clients shape and act on change strategies for complex organizational challenges and value-creating opportunities.
  • •Assess organizational capabilities, structures, and processes and define future capabilities, competencies, and critical roles for 5–10 year strategy.
  • •Design and activate organizational interventions that encourage collaboration across siloed organizations.
  • •Generate opportunities by considering financial and operational impacts, risks, experiments, data, and other drivers.
  • •Craft research plans using interviews, workshops, analogous industries and organizations, and translate findings into insights that can be communicated to clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a related field (industrial/organizational psychology, business administration, behavioural science, or human resources).
  • •4 years of experience in organization design, collaborative behavioral assessments, change management, and developing new ways of thinking and working (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •6 or more years of experience in organization design, collaborative behavioral assessments, change management, and developing new ways of thinking and working (preferred).
  • •Experience in other consulting firms or management consultancies (preferred).
  • •Membership to the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (CSIOP) or similar international accreditation, and experience applying organizational psychology or behavioural economics principles (preferred).
Education:Bachelor's in industrial/organizational psychology, business administration, behavioural science or human resources
