Job Summary

Join HelloFresh as a Claims & Risk Analyst supporting day-to-day claims operations, reporting, and insurance program administration. You will own end-to-end claim intake, monitor lifecycle, build dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with TPAs and carriers. This role spans risk management activities across claims, analytics, and exposure data, with opportunities across multiple US offices.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage claim intake end-to-end, including FNOL processing, initial review, severity assignment, and escalation identification
•Monitor and support claims throughout the lifecycle by handling routine follow-ups, identifying aging or high-risk claims, and coordinating with adjusters to ensure timely progression
•Prepare and support bi-weekly claim reviews, including compiling data, tracking action items, and maintaining TPA performance metrics
•Build, maintain, and validate dashboards and reports across claims, trends, KPIs, and loss data to ensure accuracy and consistency
•Analyze claims data to identify trends, emerging risks, and recurring root causes, and partner with internal stakeholders to support action planning

Key Requirements

•2–3 years risk management or insurance experience
•Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider high school diploma with 2+ years of risk management or insurance related experience
•ARM, CPCU, CRM, AIC or other risk/insurance designations preferred but not required
•Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities; Power BI and/or RMIS experience is a plus
•A proactive and self-motivated mindset and are highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external customer
